TSHIMOMA HOLDINGS PTY LTD is a proudly South African company founded by two hard working partners. We are a fully black owned, managed and controlled diversified industrial groups. In order to uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, the company is led by a Board of Directors chaired by Ms. Ephenia Matebane, the Chief Executive Officer, who is also responsible for oversight of the day to day operations of the business. As part of the company strategy, Tshimoma Holdings will continue to seek and pursue value-enhancing and black economic empowerment deals of choice.

The founders Ms. Ephenia Matebane and Mr. Nkitseng Martin Tshimola are passionate about client satisfaction, partnerships and governance in order to provide their customer the highest level of service and professionalism.
Governance
Ms Ephenia Matebane – Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Matebane holds a B.Tech degree in Tourism Management from Tshwane University of Technology and has pursued studies in Human Resources Management at University of Pretoria, before focusing on monitoring and evaluation as a career path in 2012.
This career path included completion of Monitoring and Evaluation Process implementation qualifications at the University of Pretoria.
In 2015 she travelled to The Hague Academy in the Netherlands where she completed her Accountability and Inclusive Governance studies.
She is currently completing her studies towards attaining her Masters degree in Public Sector Monitoring and Evaluation at Wits School of Governance.
Mr Nkitseng Martin Tshimola – Managing Director
Mr Nkitseng Martin Tshimola has extensive management experience having managed a number of medical centres in Mafikeng and Soweto.
His current experience involves stakeholder engagement management in local government sector.
He has worked in political office for 10 years and has led a number of development projects in and around Rustenburg.
Mr Tshimola holds a LLB degree from UNISA
